today.. was a very hectic day.. woke up at 730am to go and attend a course sent by Tradewinds.. some telephone technique course.. hehe now i can skillfully say "good morning tradewinds this is shawna speaking how may i help." hahha.. no lar.. learnt how to deal with angry customers over the phone.. was really helpful.. esp when they showed a video on when the person become abusive and starts using the F*** word.. oh boi.. one technique is to replace it with the word Pumpkin. for eg. instead of " are u f***ing stupid or wat? do u not f***king understand that i need to fly there immediately.. " it becomes " are u pumpking stupid or wat? do u not pumpkin understand that i need to fly there immediately. " lol.. lucky for me.. haven't came across abusive customers as yet.. jus angry.. (angry scientist.. if u watch sheep in the city u'll understand hee) hahha. i learnt much from the course... so tired..
then i went for service at 5pm.. gee.. i was dozing off.. **sheepish** then something struck me when raj said.. do u know tat its easier to love God than to love people? .. why cos people change... but Jesus is never changing.. and constant.. wow.. i dunno..
its awesome.. the same msg has been ringing from sonic edge last sat to this sat.. for the whole week.. that there's a purpose why we're here.. :))
oh boi.. still got silly test tomolo ... :( my poor lecturer from canberra flew down jus for 3 days to teach us for this intesive class.. and after the class ends at 4pm.. he has to catch a flt back to canberra at 8pm... wow..my classmate ask if we can start 10am-5pm instead of 9am-4pm then he says.. poor singaporeans.. back home,. my chickens wakes me up at 5am.. cos he lives on a farm.. lol.. culture.. s'pore's pace is really fast....
