pita plata.. lovely rain for this evening.. anything to do with the weather.. somehow.. reminds me of the presence of the Lord.. the wind.. the hot sun.. the beautiful rain.. the clouds, the moon and the stars.. our ever changing colour sky.. the wind is there.. even if it is invisible. so yah.. i walked home in the rain.. how refreshing..

verdict. 5kg. when its soo much.. how can it not be obvious.. wahhhhhhhhhhh... but on the flip side.. it'll be obvious when i shed those fats and pounds.. work work work.. am bucking up on keeping fit.. heh. help me to be a good steward. a good steward of my finances.. my health, my time, my life.
