today was simply amazing.. nv been so stressed in this new dept in my life! i mean i know wat stress is like in outbound sales.. but in ticketing.. its been good so far.. and today was jus.. arghhhh! now i know why my colleague feels.. and why she breaks down.. sigh. jus a little taste i guess. erk. ok but its was good.. cos i know God was with me all the time. :) i learnt new stuff when i'm under stress.. learnt 2 new stuff in 2 days when she's on leave. heh & coping with patience & anger..
