Psalm 46:1-7
God is our refuge and strength,
an ever-present help in trouble.
Therefore we will not fear though the earth give way
and the mountains fall into
the heart of the sea,
though its waters roar and foam,
and the mountains quake
with their surging.
There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God,
the holy place where the
Most High dwells.
God is within her, she will not fall;
God will help her at break of day.
Nations are in uproar,
kingdoms fall;
he lifts his voice, the earth melts.
The Lord Almighty is with us;
the God of Jacob is our
fortress.

That is God's promise to all His people.. to be our fortress, our refuge and strength. If we can feel for the people.. then i'm very sure God is grieving much more than us.. cos He is a God of love. There is no doubt that we're living in the end times.. I strongly believe in that.
Its a new year.. and new things will come our way. As pastor Derek was preaching.. sometimes.. God will come and wash away the old... only then will new things be able to come..

Rev 21:1 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea.

So there will be no longer any sea.. :) yah.. cos its become such a scary thing now...

So exciting.. this new year.. i think this year.. God wants to train me up on my discipline.. somehow.. i jus felt that impression on me..
Gosh.. discipline in my studies, in my work, in my fellowship with Him, in my health.. i've seen myself improve only a little.. and its jus only the beginning... yay.
God you promised that my walk with you will be an exciting journey and that You will always hold my hand.. thank you. Help me to fix my gaze on You and may I never let you outta my sight.
