God is indescribable.. :)))) learnt another new stuff today.. hehe.. learnt how to issue a silkair ticket on abacus system.. woohoo. my colleague told me tat wat i learnt yesterday was damn rare.. cos manual tickets only happen once in a blue moon.. wow! and i know how to issue a manual ticket now.. :) not tat i'll ever practise it again..heeeeeeeeeeeeeee...
