Hellooooo.. where have i been.. slacking.. lately... which means i've also put on weight as well.. arghhh.. back to working really hard. as i grow older, its so much easier to put on weight! :( oh well.. slacking overall.. not to mention i haven't been thinking about God.. but that doesn't mean He's not working in my life.. jus on my part.. tsk tsk. there are days when i jus tell Him... seems like each time i fall, it gets harder to pick up again.. and of cos there are days when wat i read from the bible will not sink deep in.. but one verse has been encouraging me.. which is what God said to Joshua Jos 1:9 ... Be strong and courageos. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."
that's also cos i'm at Joshua.. heheh.. its amazing how God gives all the kings into the israelites..
God will always be with me.. its not by my own strength.. its cos He is God. its jus wat am i doing on my part? sigh.. times like this? i'm glad He loves me so much never to give up on me.
Someone commented.. you may have a lot of knowledge.. but if u don't put them into use.. then you will just be a critic.
made me think alot.. cos i've been wondering if i haven't been doing enough.. perhaps not reading enough of God's word.. i've been asking if there is any book that he wants me to read.. maybe not.. the bible is the bread.. but then again christians tend to really read alot.. argh.

Bali!! ok here's the Bali update! Bali.. is for the sun lovers.. cos i know my colleagues who has been there and don't really like it. heee... for me.. what i love about Bali? is her people.. they've been very hospitable to me.. esp my operator. oh well.. not to mention that my co. do give them alot of business.. but wat i really like about them.. is their humility. their hunger for business that i think.. sometimes we singaporeans really lack. I didn't really shop much.. maybe cos i'm too old for all your surfers brands.. roxy, quicksilver, mooks, stussy... u name it its there! so many! everywhere on kuta square, big factory outlets at legian street! wow... its shopping galore for leet and her friends! the only thing i really wanted was a pair of shorts.. and finally when i found it.. there was no size. :( sob. oh well... nvm lar.. we'll never get enough of nice clothes. so what's one piece less. :)
wat i really did enjoy.. was jus getting to know the culture of the balinese.. and yes.. i do agree that the temples and statues are quite creepy.. even the old 2star hotel bakungs beach cottages looked like a haunted place at night.. its just too old! heh.. wat do u expect outta a 2 star.
we went body boarding cos the tides were too low to surf in the afternoon.. it was awesome.. except for the part where we tumbled thru the waves.. yes.. we literally got tumbled round and round... one lesson learnt.. when doing such sports, i'll wear a top with my bikini!! arghh!
then we went white water rafting on ayung river, had a very scenic lunch at mount batur.. parasailing over tanjong benoa.. and the view from above was great.. u can see all the corals below.. no wonder pple can just go snokelling at nusa dua.. heh.
verdict.. crowded as it may be.. kuta beach is a surfers haven. oh well at least for beginners like me. i would like to try surfing the next time round. :) great company, great food.. oh yes.. they have A&Ws and Dunkin' Donuts!!! what more can i ask for? had a great time at Bali.. its the company for sure. Thank you God.. for giving me this opportunity. Amazing. Its the most rounded tour i've been to so far.

i've got ants in my muffin... :( but since dad says ants are vitamins.. i'll eat it anyhow. ;)
